2026 U.S. Misc Sports Car Sales Figures – By Model
This page ranks 2026 United States sales for the sports cars, coupes and roadsters that sit outside the American muscle, European and premium sports car classes. It is a mixed field by construction, running from mass-market coupes to six-figure exotics, and it is the broadest of the four sports car groupings GCBC tracks. Each nameplate with its own GCBC sales history page links to it from the rankings table, and the tables and charts update automatically as each new month of data is reported.
Through September 2026, the Chevrolet Corvette leads the rankings table at 20,002 sales, up 13.9 percent year over year. The BMW 2-Series is second at 13,443, up 20.4 percent, the Subaru WRX third at 12,027 and the Mazda MX-5 Miata fourth at 7,598.
The WRX has grown fastest of the nameplates in the table with 2025 sales, up 47.8 percent, and added the most units, 3,888. The Nissan Z is down 47.0 percent and the Toyota GR86 30.4 percent. In the third quarter alone the Corvette sold 6,585.

Sales Rankings Table

The Audi A5 and Mercedes-Benz CLE are not in the table and appear with the other absentees in the quarterly table and the month-by-month matrix below.
