Toyota Proace Verso Sales Figures

Toyota Proace Verso

Monthly and annual sales figures for the Toyota Proace Verso in Europe. The previous generation Proace was based on the Citroën Jumpy MultispacePeugeot Expert Tepee and Fiat Scudo Panorama, but sold in very limited numbers as a passenger van. Toyota now also has a smaller passenger van based on a PSA platform, named Toyota Proace City Verso.

The Toyota Proace Verso is a larger MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) than the Proace City Verso, and it’s oriented towards both personal and business use. As part of Toyota’s Proace range, the Proace Verso is closely related to light commercial vehicles but is tailored to carry passengers comfortably and efficiently.

Toyota Proace Verso Overview

Similar to the Proace City Verso’s origins, the Proace Verso is also a result of collaboration between the PSA Group (now part of Stellantis) and Toyota. As a result, it shares its platform and many of its features with vehicles like the Peugeot Traveller, Citroën Spacetourer, and Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro Life.

The Proace Verso is designed with a focus on maximizing interior space while providing a comfortable passenger environment. Its larger dimensions compared to the Proace City Verso make it suitable for transporting more passengers or cargo. Its appearance is that of a typical large MPV or minivan, combining utility with passenger comfort.

The Proace Verso sits in the larger MPV or minivan segment, catering to those who need significant passenger and cargo space without resorting to a full-sized commercial van. It faces competition from various other manufacturers offering similar large MPVs.
