Upon the introduction of the fifth generation of the Volkswagen Golf GTI, the MKIV disappeared like off-off-white on light beige. The presence – and newly reincarnated reputation – of the GTI we’ve enjoyed the last few years was something to behold; especially given the base car’s blaa profile.
