Eli Lemberg is the editor and publisher of GoodCarBadCar. He is based in Denver, Colorado, and founded Leetone Enterprises, which also publishes Paddock Notes, a journal of the business and rulebook of motorsport, and Per Million, which tracks what AI model access costs.
Eli studied business at San Jose State. Along the way he sold Toyota and Scion cars, which is where the monthly sales report first became a working document rather than a headline; he also worked in travel, held operations, sales and compliance roles in the cannabis industry, and worked in his family’s private equity office before starting Leetone Enterprises in 2024. He is a lifelong gearhead: a deep Hot Wheels collection, R/C cars, sim racing, his own fast cars, and an interest in car cultures worldwide.
Leetone Enterprises is a data-native, AI-supercharged company overseen by a professional data scientist. Eli acquired GoodCarBadCar in 2025; its sales archive runs back to 2007, and it is the company’s natural ground.
On GoodCarBadCar, Eli sets the editorial policy, decides what the site covers and how, reads every piece before it is published, chooses its image, and can hold, correct or withdraw any piece. How the site is made is set out on How GCBC is made. Contact: [email protected]. Eli is also on LinkedIn.
