18,094 Envistas led the quarter, up 18.4%, and the Encore GX added 5.4% to 9,617; both are built in South Korea, according to NHTSA’s labeling-act listing, which gives the Enclave a United States final assembly point and the Envision China. The Enclave rose 3.4% to 8,523 and the Envision fell 4.6% to 7,756, a far smaller drop than its 53.3% slide in the first half. The Korea-built pair added 3,303 units between them, more than the brand’s whole gain of 3,210.

47.5% is the combined tariff rate on the China-built Envision, WardsAuto reported in January, and GM raised its price several times, leaving the 2026 model about $5,000 above the 2025; GM confirmed that Envision production moves to Fairfax Assembly in Kansas from 2028. Until then it is the brand’s China-built model, and through September it accounts for 21,176 of Buick’s 135,811 sales, or 15.6%, against 23.5% in the first nine months of 2025.
