Recently booted out of the European Car of the Year competition along with the BMW 7-Series, Jaguar XF, and Volkswagen Scirocco, the Audi A4 proved in Canada that it doesn’t really care.
Well, the A4 is an inanimate object and therefore doesn’t care about anything. But in personification terms, the A4 ignored Euro COTY and became the car of the year for hundreds of Canadians.
In fact, tha A4 was so popular in Canada that it propelled Audi Canada sales to a level 67% higher than in the previous October. Moreoever, the A4 family was so popular in Canada that it outsold all other Audis combined. The A3 was the next-best, followed by the Q7 and A5/S5. Add up all Audis – including the TT, A8, A6, and R8 – and you still can’t touch the excellent new A4 for sales.
