Subaru Ascent Sales in the United States
Subaru launched the Ascent in 2018, and demand peaked almost immediately. After 36,211 units in its opening year, sales jumped to 81,958 in 2019, the strongest full year in this dataset. Volume has eased steadily since, from 74,650 in 2021 to 63,704 in 2022, 60,543 in 2023, and 56,286 in 2024. In 2025 US deliveries fell to 44,400, down about 21 percent year over year and the lowest annual total since the launch year as the current generation ages. Through the first half of 2026 Subaru delivered 19,618 Ascents, running roughly 9 percent behind the same period of 2025.

Subaru Ascent Sales in Canada
In Canada the Ascent followed a similar arc. Sales opened at 2,093 in 2018 and peaked at 4,139 in 2019 before settling into a gradual decline, easing from 3,477 in 2023 to 2,755 in 2024 and 1,764 in 2025.
