Hyundai Kona sales in the United States rose from 47,090 units in its 2018 debut to a peak of 89,607 in 2021. Deliveries fell to 63,994 in 2022 during the industry’s supply crunch, then recovered with the redesigned second-generation model to 79,116 in 2023 and 82,172 in 2024. In 2025 US sales eased about 9 percent to 74,814 units, and the Kona has run modestly lower again through the first half of 2026, with 36,169 units.
