Genesis G80 Sales in the United States
The Genesis G80 chart for the United States starts in August 2016 with 6,166 sales over the final five months of that year. The first full year, 2017, remains the peak at 16,214. Sales settled near 7,000 a year after that (7,446 across the eleven reported months of 2018, with October missing, then 7,095 in 2019) and hit a low of 3,359 in 2020. The total recovered to 6,031 in 2021, and volume has since moved between 3,830 and 5,340 a year. The 2025 total of 3,830 was down 7.8 percent, although the fourth quarter, at 1,106, was the year’s strongest, helped by 469 sales in November. January to August 2026 totals 2,287, down 5.4 percent from 2,418 a year earlier, and August’s 376 was the best month of 2026 so far.

Genesis G80 Sales in Canada
In Canada the G80 chart opens with 55 sales in the last months of 2016 and peaks at 433 in 2017. Volume eased to 324 by 2019 and dropped to 178 in 2020, then recovered to 386 in 2022 and 383 in 2023. It fell back to 193 in 2024 and 173 in 2025, down 10.4 percent. January to August 2026 totals 119, level with the 118 sold over the same months of 2025.
