GAC Aion Y
The Aion Y is an electric compact crossover produced by GAC NE, the New Energy division of Guangzhou Automotive, which launched its new Aion sub-brand for electric cars. The Y is Aion’s fourth model after the Aion V crossover, Aion S sedan and the larger Aion LX crossover. The Aion Y is priced from 104.600 yuan (€13.400,- / US$ 16,400) to 148.600 yuan (€19.100,- / US$ 23,200) which puts it in competition with the BYD Yuan EV (89-900-139.900 yuan), Neta U (99.800-179.800 yuan) and Geely Emgrand GSe (109.900-159.900 yuan).
