It was introduced in 2022 and is based on the same platform as the Brilliance M2 Junjie Cross. The M2 Junjie FRV Cross is available with a choice of two powertrains: a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine or a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with hybrid assistance. Both engines are paired with a CVT. The M2 Junjie FRV Cross is known for its fuel efficiency and affordable price. It is also relatively spacious for a subcompact SUV.
