Hongqi HS7
The Hongqi brand was revived in 2013 with the Hongqi H7 sedan, based on the Toyota Crown, but sales reporting has been spotty. In 2018 the brand launched a smaller sedan H5 based on the Mazda6 Atenza, which was possible thanks to the production Joint Venture that FAW has with the Japanese brand. The HS7 based on the same platform as the H7, it’s powered by a 3-liter V6 engine with 249kW and 445Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Its dimensions are 5.035/1.989/1.778mm.
