Haval Chitu
The Haval Chitu (Mandarin for “red hare”) is based on the same platform as the Haval Big Dog, First Love and the third generation H6. Dimensions are 4,450mm long and 1,625mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,700mm, which is similar to the Haval H4 and F5. Prices range from 109,800 yuan (€ 14.300,- / US$17,000) to 123,800 yuan (€ 16.200,- / US$19,200), which is higher than those similarly sized Haval models with the H4 priced at 73.900-115.000 yuan and the F5 priced at 79.800-125.800 yuan. So the Chitu is up agains larger domestic rivals like the Changan CS75 Plus (106.900-154.900 yuan), Geely Boyue (89.800-146.800 yuan) as well as its sibling Haval H6 (98.000-154.900 yuan).
