The DS 7 Crossback, now known as simply the DS 7, is a compact luxury crossover SUV from the French automaker DS Automobiles. Available with E-TENSE plug-in hybrid, petrol and diesel power units. The DS 7 is a compact luxury crossover SUV produced by the French automaker DS Automobiles. It was first introduced in 2017 and is currently in its second generation.

The DS 7 is available with a choice of two gasoline engines and one diesel engine. The gasoline engines are a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine that produces 180 horsepower and a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 225 horsepower. The diesel engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that produces 180 horsepower. All engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The DS 7 is known for its stylish design, comfortable ride, and luxurious interior. It is available in a variety of trim levels, each with its own unique features and options.

Day 198 — Iran's Persian Gulf Strait Authority published an updated list of 77 vessels it accuses of violating its Strait of Hormuz protocols, saying listed ships face fines, detention or confiscation and warning insurers, P&I clubs and classification societies against serving them (Iran International and Insurance Journal, Sep 14; Middle East Monitor, Sep 15). US Central Command said an IRGC claim that a supertanker struck mines in the strait was false; neither account is independently confirmed. Houthi forces said they struck the Khamis Mushait air base in southern Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline entered a fifth day shut. AAA's national diesel average set a 12th consecutive record at $6.2694/gal and California diesel set a fresh state record at $8.2124/gal.
