Ford Expedition Sales in the United States

Ford Expedition sales in the United States have recovered strongly from a mid-2010s trough. After 114,137 deliveries in 2005, volume collapsed during the recession to 31,655 in 2009 and spent much of the following decade between roughly 37,000 and 60,000 units. The redesigned fourth-generation model lifted sales to 86,423 in 2019, and after a chip-constrained dip to 62,007 in 2022 the Expedition climbed again to 73,396 in 2023, 83,018 in 2024, and 85,921 in 2025, just shy of the 2019 figure and among its strongest years since 2005. Through June 2026, with an all-new generation on sale, Ford had delivered 40,411 Expeditions, compared with 44,780 in the same period a year earlier.
