The Impala’s U.S. chart opens in 2005 at 246,481 and climbs to its best year in 2007 at 311,128, with June 2007 the best month on the chart at 35,849. Sales fell 37.7 percent to 165,565 in 2009, then held between 169,000 and 172,100 from 2010 through 2012. From there every year was lower than the last: 156,797 in 2013, 116,825 in 2015, 75,877 in 2017 and 44,978 in 2019. 2020 closed at 9,943, down 77.9 percent, and the series ends with 750 in 2021. GM moved to quarterly sales reporting in 2018, so the monthly bars from then on are smoothed.

Chevrolet Impala Sales in Canada

The Canadian chart opens in 2004 at 20,876 and peaks at 21,486 in 2006, with April 2007 the best month at 4,099. Sales slid in most years after that, to 7,733 in 2012 and 3,803 in 2013, then settled between 2,844 and 3,884 a year from 2014 through 2019, with 2019 the best of that stretch. 2020 dropped to 267, and only a handful followed: 11 in 2021 and 1 in 2022.
