Ram ProMaster

The ProMaster is Ram’s full-size, front-wheel-drive commercial van, an adaptation of the Fiat Ducato built for North America and aimed at cargo, delivery, and upfit customers. It has anchored Ram’s commercial business since it went on sale for the 2014 model year and competes with the Ford Transit and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, along with the older Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vans.

Ram ProMaster Sales in the United States
Ram ProMaster sales in the United States grew quickly after the van’s 2014 launch, rising from 18,039 units that first full year to a peak of 81,663 in 2023. Volume has come off that high as commercial demand normalized, with 65,868 units in 2024 and 62,806 in 2025. Van sales are inherently lumpy and driven by large fleet orders, and May 2025 alone accounted for 10,030 deliveries. Through June 2026 Ram had sold 27,716 ProMasters, ahead of the same point in 2024 but behind the unusually strong first half of 2025.
