2016 Volvo XC90 black

Here are the six must-read, must-watch auto news stories and videos for Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

VOLVO
In North America’, we’re continuing to see meaningful Volvo sales increases caused by the arrival of the second-generation XC90 last year. In fact, Volvo Canada sold more XC90s in March 2016 than total Volvos in March 2015. But Volvo’s North American operations still aren’t nearly the force they were when the first-generation XC90 was launched, not nearly. Globally, however, Volvo is soaring, with first-quarter volume up 12% to 120,591 units. 15% of those Volvos were sold in the United States and Canada. – Automotive News
