Tesla Model 3 Sales in the United States
The Model 3 scaled rapidly after its 2017 launch, reaching an estimated 206,500 US units in 2020 and a peak of 232,702 in 2023. Volume then fell to 142,100 in 2024 during the changeover to the refreshed design, before recovering to 171,161 in 2025. Through the first quarter of 2026 the Model 3 had recorded roughly 18,000 US sales. United States figures for Tesla models are estimates, since Tesla does not report country-level sales by model.

Tesla Model 3 Sales in Canada
In Canada the Model 3 was an early electric-vehicle leader, with estimated volume around 23,000 to 24,000 units in its strongest years, including 2024. Estimated sales then dropped sharply in 2025, to about 3,200 units, as Tesla’s Canadian volumes fell amid the end of federal purchase incentives and broader headwinds for the brand. These figures are estimates.

The ramp up may be slow, but it is showing production climbing.
The production is gaining and should keep climbing. It hasn’t hurt their model S and X sales at all. I’m sure the numbers,will grow and become the biggest selling vehicle of all time.
