Lincoln MKZ Sales Figures

Lincoln MKZ

The Lincoln MKZ was a mid-size luxury sedan produced by Lincoln, the luxury division of Ford Motor Company. Introduced in 2006 as the Lincoln Zephyr and later renamed MKZ, the model continued until it was discontinued after the 2020 model year.

Lincoln MKZ Overview

The Lincoln MKZ was a midsize luxury sedan that was manufactured and marketed by Lincoln from 2007 to 2020. It was based on the Ford Fusion and was intended to be a more luxurious and refined alternative to the Fusion. The MKZ was available in four trim levels: Premiere, Select, Reserve, and Black Label. The Premiere trim came standard with a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine, while the Select, Reserve, and Black Label trims came standard with a 3.7L V6 engine. All engines were mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The MKZ was praised for its luxurious interior, comfortable ride, and stylish design. However, it was criticized for its high price tag, which started at $35,995. The MKZ was discontinued after the 2020 model year due to slow sales. It was replaced by the Lincoln Corsair, which is a smaller and more luxurious crossover SUV.

Lincoln MKZ Sales Figures

The Lincoln MKZ was a good sedan, but it was not a great sedan. It was let down by its high price tag and its slow sales.
