American plumbers, electricians, carpenters, airport shuttle companies, FedEx, UPS, food truck conglomerates, and gigantic families registered 22,165 new commercial vans in September 2013, an 11.5% increase.
So far this year, with new vans a’coming, the commercial van category is up just 2.3%.
The Ford E-Series continues as the top seller, although sales fell slightly in September (and rose on a daily sales rate basis in the abbreviated month.) Chevrolet’s 35% year-over-year increase in Express sales was the biggest improvement.
You can click any model name in the tables below to find historical monthly and yearly U.S. auto sales data. You can also select a make and model at GCBC’s Sales Stats page. These tables are now sortable, so you can rank commercial vans any which way you like. Suggestions on how GCBC should break down segments can be passed on through the Contact page.
