Our Take On The Top 20 Best-Selling Luxury Vehicle Sales Numbers

The Lexus RX takes the top spot in the luxury sales rankings for the USA again, with 10,102 sales representing a 1.6% drop on last November but still the RX’s second-best month of sales this year.

A 14.2% increase in sales year-on-year for the BMW 3-Series puts it ahead of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, a feat the 3-Series has managed in just five months since the end of 2015.

The BMW and Mercedes are the only two saloons in the luxury top-10 for November 2017 – the remainder are all SUVs, with the next saloon – the Mercedes-Benz E / CLS-Class not appearing until the eleventh spot for the month.

In fact, three quarters of the models that make up the US Luxury top-20 for November 2017 are SUVs or Crossovers.
