Best Selling Pickup Trucks in Canada for November 2017
Here you will find the Pickup Truck sales leaders in Canada for November 2017. Each month we compile the Large Luxury SUV sales data and reports for North American markets and analyze it to create the best selling list below.
Another month, another runaway lead for the Ford F-Series. Canada’s best-selling pickup sold almost twice as many as its nearest competitor, the RAM Pickup did in November.
Despite the Ford’s strong growth, fewer sales elsewhere in the sector in Canada mean that the segment as a whole was down 2.5% on last November. Notable drops on last year include the GMC Canyon (down 60.7%), Chevrolet Colorado (down 46.4%), the Honda Ridgeline (down 41.4%) and the Nissan Titan (down 45.4%).
November 2016 was a particularly strong month for pickup trucks in Canada though, so the fact sales came that close this year is indication that the market is still doing alright.
Total pickup sales for Canada year-to-date have hit the 400,000 mark, a 13.5% increase on sales to the end of November last year.
Small and midsize pickups were down 34.6%, unsurprising given the performance of key players from GMC, Chevrolet and Honda, and these made up just 8.4% of all pickups sold north of the border for the eleventh month of the year.
