Minivan sales in Canada didn’t do so well. Only two models saw sales increases and the segment was down about 500 units overall.
Leading the way in terms of overall sales volume was the Dodge Grand Caravan. It saw a sales increase of nearly 13 percent. The only other model that saw a sales increase was the Kia Sedona.
The biggest loss came from the Chrysler Pacifica. It saw a drop of nearly 66 percent for the month.
For Q1 of 2019 things looked even more dire. The segment was down around 2,800 units when compared with Q1 of last year.

Minivan Sales by Quarter
Important note: Both Ford and GM have switched to quarterly reporting, making it more difficult to accurately gauge crossover sales. We won’t have results to report for Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford or Lincoln until the end of each quarter.
