Here you will find the YTD Vehicle sales leaders in the United States for January 2019 YTD. Each month we compile passenger car sales data and reports for North American markets and analyze it to create the best selling list below.
Without Ford and GM numbers factored in, Ram’s Pickup leads the way in terms of sales. It saw a strong increase in sales over January of last year.
Not all that far behind was the Honda CR-V, and it also saw a strong sales increase for January over last year. Nissan’s Rogue came in third. Sales for that model were down dramatically for the month when compared with last year.
Of the top 10 selling highest selling vehicles for January 2019, only three were cars: Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, and Honda Civic. The Corolla saw a notable sales percentage increase, while the other two saw sales declines.
With this information in mind, 2019 looks like it could be an SUV and truck kind of year.
