2012’s class-leading large SUV, the Ford Expedition, was outsold by two GM full-size sport-utes in March 2013 and was not much more popular than GM’s two other candidates.

This happened to the Expedition last March, too. Indeed, at this time last year, the Expedition trailed the Chevrolet Tahoe by 104 units going into April. The Ford ended up outselling its nearest rival, the GMC Yukon, by 684 units in 2012.
