Large Luxury SUV Sales In Canada – May 2015 YTD

Canadian sales of the Cadillac Escalade and its long-wheelbase variant, the Escalade ESV, increased by more than six times in May 2015.

That year-over-year increase of 169 units translated to total sufficient for the Escalade lineup to handily outsell the declining Mercedes-Benz GL-Class and the Land Rover Range Rover.

Canadian Lincoln Navigator sales blossomed, as well, but for the much lower-volume luxo-Ford Expedition, the 320% year-over-year improvement translated to only 42 sales last month.

As a result, Cadillac sold more Escalades in May than Lincoln’s sold Navigators all year.
