Compared with March, April 2013 Canadian sales of the Nissan NV200 jumped 4900%. Wow, eh.
Nissan Canada sold 50 NV200s in April, up from their first NV200 in March. Things are getting going, for sure. The smaller NV accounted for 35.5% of total Nissan commercial van sales in April. (And it easily outsold the Quest minivan.) Ford’s smaller van, the Transit Connect, though wildly more popular than the little Nissan, accounted for 26.9% of Ford commercial van sales last month.
The Transit Connect’s big brother is the clear segment leader. With 2806 sales so far this year, the E-Series is 1134 sales ahead of its nearest rival… Ford’s Transit Connect.
