Our Take On The Top 20 Best-Selling Luxury Vehicle Sales Numbers

Returning to just over 9,000 sales for the month of September, Lexus have no reason to be disappointed with the RX and its 6% year-on-year increase. Year-to-date, it sits over 25,000 sales ahead of its nearest rival in this table, the Cadillac XT5.

Take into account the BMW 4-Series’ 59% year-on-year growth and the 19% drop for the 3-Series is all but cancelled out. Combined, the pair would just take first place in the Luxury Vehicles countdown for September, but apart the 3- and 4-Series take fourth and fifteenth respectively.

The recently-revamped Audi Q5 makes the jump from twelfth place in last September’s Luxury countdown to eighth in this years’, thanks to 16% year-on-year growth.
