Commercial Van Sales In America – August 2017

A stronger month in both the Small and Full-Size Commercial Van segments sees the market as a whole recover somewhat. Though van sales are still 4.7% behind the first eight months of 2016, that’s a marked uptick from July’s 6.1% deficit.
The Ram ProMaster contributed to a lift in sales; 1,500 more of the front-wheel-drive van left dealers in August than in July, as the ProMaster sits 21% ahead of where it was after eight months of sales in 2016.
You can click any model name in the tables below to find historical monthly and yearly U.S. auto sales data. You can also select a make and model at GCBC’s Sales Stats page. This table is sortable, so you can rank commercial vans any which way you like. Mobile users can now thumb across the table for full-width access. Suggestions on how GCBC should break down segments can be passed on through the Contact page.
