Here are six must-read, must-watch auto news stories, reviews, and videos for February 23, 2015.

FUTURE  
Cadillac briefly introduced its upcoming flagship sedan, the CT6, in a commercial during the Academy Awards. The ads have had a lot more to do with New York than Cadillac. Car & Driver says the actual car won't be fully revealed until the New York auto show.

RECALLS 
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC will recall 61,793 Range Rovers (2013-2015 model years) and Range Rover Sports (2014-2015 model years) for an airbag issue. "In the affected vehicles, a light weight adult front seat passenger may be improperly classified by the occupant classification system (OCS) and, as a result, the front seat passenger air bag may be disabled."

In another recall, Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) will recall 147,224 E350 sedans, E350 4Matic sedans, E350 4Matic wagons, E400 Hybrid sedans, CLS550 sedans, CLS550 4Matic sedans (2013-2015 model years) as well as E550 4Matic sedans (2013-2014 model years), E63 AMG sedans and wagons and CLS63 AMG sedans (2013), CLS63 AMG 4Matic sedans, E63 AMG 4Matic sedans, E63 AMG 4Matic S sedans, E63 4Matic wagons (2014-2015) and 2015 CLS400 sedans, 2015 E400 sedans, 2015 E400 4Matic sedans, 2015 CLS400 4Matic sedans, and 2014 CLS63 AMG S sedans for a rubber seal issue. "The affected vehicles have a rubber seal at the back of the engine bay that may temporarily stick to the hood when it is opened and then may fall into the engine bay when the hood is closed."

INSIDE THE AUTO BUSINESS 
Yutaka Katayama, the father of Nissan's line of Z sports cars, died last week at the old age of 105. The Wall Street Journal has more on the man's illustrious automotive history.

REVIEW
Digital Trends is probably not your go-to resource for car reviews, but their take on the 2016 Kia Sorento is yet another in a long line of glowing reviews for the third-gen Sorento.

TTAC
Mini says goodbye to the Coupe and the Roadster, because that was the plan, and because hardly anybody ever said hello to the Coupe and Roadster. Also on TTAC this past weekend was a chart which thrust minivans into a fuel economy comparison with pickup trucks and three-row crossovers.

WATCH
The G500 4x4² is a beautiful thing, especially when it's off the beaten path.
