HYUNDAI RECALLS 2008 ELANTRA

Due to faulty fuel pump motors, NHTSA has instructed Hyundai to Recall the 2008 Elantra. There are 65,000 Elantras that could suffer from poor pumping pressure, leading to an inability to start as well as perform to its best ability. You surely know what it feels like when your engine isn’t getting the juice it wants.

Sometime during September, Hyundai will replace all fuel pump subassemblies. For more on the Elantra, check out The Good Car Guy’s Driven post right here. For more Recalls, click here.
